Reunion news: The reunion committee has booked September 14, 2024, at the Southside Community Center for our 60-year reunion. This is South Central High School, which opened in 1908. On June 21, 1910, the school burned to the ground; it was rebuilt and named Lewis and Clark. Massive towers were numerous in Spokane at the time -- the court house, railroad depot (the clock tower now in Riverfront Park), this one at Lewis and Clark, to name a few. It's sad when we read on this website about a classmate who has passed away. Sue Tegler Petersen is attempting to keep the In Memory page updated. If anyone hears of one of our classmates, your friends, who have passed away, please let her know at bpeters2_91@msn.com.
