I am so sorry that I will miss seeing my friend Bill Gilson at the reunion. We kept in contact intermittently after our senior year when we were good friends. He was a fun-loving ham radio operator, lover of jazz music, {especially that of pianist Mark Neighbors) and Bill Cosby. Good-bye "Sherlock" from your dear friend "Watson"

Gwen ~ I share your sadness to learn of Bill's passing (along with so many other classmates.)  I remember Bill mostly from homeroom at LC.  He  was always friendly and seemed "a happy camper."  RIP, Bill.   Mary Ann Gokee

So happy to have had Bill as a friend and so enjoyed the 25th year reunion with him. We went to the Onion after for dinner and just enjoyed talking about old school memories. He will be missed and sincere sympathy to his family.

Friend and neighbor for a long time. I enjoyed him very much through all the games and neighborhood fun: kick the can after dark, baseball in the vacant lot, group trips to Comstock (Halletts, Bill and us); later, late nights listening to Mark Neighbors.  When I left home to go to school, Bill drove me across the state in his Hudson Hornet. What a car! Farewell.
