Carolyn May Hepburn Casper age 59 died February 18, 2006. She was born May 10, 1946 in Seattle and adopted by Milo and Alice Hepburn. Carolyn spent her childhood in Ellensburg, then the family moved to Spokane, where she graduated from Lewis and Clark High School in 1964. Carolyn lived in a number of different  places, including Los Angeles and Pullman, but settled back in Spokane. She worked for 21 years in administrative roles at DSHS, and had many friends there who knew her as ''C.C.''.  Carolyn loved music and was a talented pianist. A lifelong smoker, she passed away from lung disease, as well as complications from a previous heart surgery. She is survived by a son,  Mark Rahner, of Seattle, and an aunt, Edna Meyer, of Spokane. No formal services are planned. Have a drink for her instead.
