Bonnie Ellen Jackman Billingsley, 61, of Wenatchee, passed away Friday, December 28, 2007, at home. Bonnie was born June 18, 1946, in St. Maries, ID. She attended Franklin Grade School and graduated in 1964 from Lewis & Clark High School in Spokane. On November 12, 1966, she married Pete Billingsley. She was a 41 year resident of Wenatchee and owned Bonnie B’s Day Care and Preschool for 28 years. She later worked for the Wenatchee School District as a substitute paraprofessional. Bonnie was past president of the Chelan/Douglas County Child Care Association and Eagles Auxiliary #204. She enjoyed rubber stamping, reading and collecting dolls. She is survived by her husband, Pete Billingsley of Wenatchee; her son, Robert Billingsley of Wenatchee, two granddaughters, her brothers, Robert (Kathleen) Jackman of Plummer, ID and Jerry (Vickie) Jackman of Spokane WA. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Jackman and her mother, Ellen Wilson. A Celebration of Bonnie’s Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 5, 2008, at Jones & Jones ~ Betts Memorial Chapel, 302 Ninth Street in Wenatchee.
