Kathleen (Kitty) Kay Jellesed Broome passed away on November 29, 2013 at age 67. Kitty was born in Stanley, North Dakota, grew up in Spokane and graduated from Lewis & Clark High School in 1964. She raised 4 children - Kerri (Jerry) Malbeck of Connell, Nikki (Joel) Guthmiller of Monroe, Bob (Christine) Pratt of Spokane Valley and Lisa (Cody) Johnson of Spokane Valley. She is preceded in death by her husband Rich Broome, her father Andrew Jellesed; and her grandson Jason Guthmiller. She is survived by her mother Charlotte Killian; her sister Penny Hill; her four children; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren. At her request, there will not be a funeral service but a small gathering will be planned in Issaquah.

Betty Jean Lemley (Rubertt)
Kitty and I grew up together. Lived across the street from each other. We did everything together. I was stunned at her passing. I loved her very much.
I have so many memories and will always remember her with love.
