Gayle was born on October 18 1945, attended Nathan Hale H.S. in Seattle before moving to Spokane and graduating from Lewis & Clark High School in 1964. She married John Graham in Portland Oregon in 1968. Gayle and John were long time Portland residents before moving to Gilbert AZ.
