Norene Carol Ritter Taylor passed away on December 2, 2016 in Goodyear, Arizona. Norene attended Lincoln Heights Elementary School and graduated from L.C. After high school, Norene went to WSU and was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. She graduated from EWU with a BA in Education.  Norene married Robert B. Taylor who survives her along with her two children - Tamara Lynn (1968) and Kevin M (1971). She lived for a time in Los Angeles and returned to the Seattle area in 1992 and worked in sales for the cruise industry. She retired in 2008 and Norene and her husband lived in Snoqualmie WA prior to moving to Goodyear Arizona.
