Gail Frances Stallings Howard, age 60, passed away in the Seattle area June 1, 2006. Gail married Garnet James Howard in 1967. She was born January 18, 1946 and graduated from Lewis and Clark High School.
Gail was the best one of a kind, we grew up together and she was my best friend we only lived 4 houses from each other on South Perry in Spokane and dated for 3 years in high school....I will miss her and always love her.......
