Jean Irene Van Sickler Harris passed away on June 13, 2013 at age 66. She was born October 6, 1946 in Guthrie Center, Iowa to Marvin and Ruth (Hughes) VanSickler. Jean attended Libby Junior High and graduated from Lewis and Clark High School. She was a Surgical Scheduler at Deaconess Hospital, and in 2012, retired after 40 years. Jean was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Theresa Marie. She is survived by her daughter, Sonya (Matt) Weaver, who live in Anchorage, AK; grandson, two sisters and many nieces and nephews. Jean will be greatly missed by all who loved her, worked with her, and those whom she helped. Jean was a kind person and was generous to a fault. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to Hospice of Spokane.
