It was nice to see Jim at the Libby reunion as I hadn't seen him since junior high. He, Mike and I formed the Dixieland Trio as ninth graders and played around town at variuos functions and political rallies. It was an odd group, since Mike and I were somewhat rambuncious and Jim was so reserve, but it was a nice friendship at the time.

Jimmy was a good friend at Sheridan and Libby who I kind of lost track of at LC since we were never in class together.  Our moms were friends as well.  I gave Jimmy a ride home from the Libby reunion party in 2014 and heard all about his experiences in the army band.  Fascinating!  I'm glad we got to catch up.
