I am truly saddened to here of the passing of Carrie. We had been great friends for quite a few years until life took us in separate directions and we lost touch. She was in my home room when she came to LC. She was the kind of person who stood up for what was right. She was a quiet person, honest, compassionate, and always there for you if you needed a shoulder. She was a wonderful mother to her two boys Todd and Monte and dearly loved her grandbabies.. She and I had a girls night every couple of weeks with dinner at the Sizzler. When I got home from the hospital after having my baby she came up to help a little as I just couldn't figure out what to do with this crying, wriggling  bundle wrapped in pink. She was responsible in setting up the blind date where I met my now husband (married 25 years!! together 30). I wouldn't go unless she was with me and true to form she was. She will be greatly missed by all those who had the honor of knowing her. Be in peace Carrie.
